Your body was built for this. The system was not built for you.
Evidence-based support for women who refuse to let their second birth look like their first.
The Numbers
In the United States, 32.5% of all births end in cesarean section. That is double the WHO recommendation.
1 in 6 women report mistreatment during childbirth. Procedures performed without consent. Preferences ignored. Autonomy stripped.
The maternal death rate is 22.3 per 100,000. In Norway, it is zero.

“The system failed you. You did not fail.”
You already know something went wrong.
Your first birth did not go the way you imagined. Maybe decisions were made without your consent. Maybe you were told your body was failing when it was doing exactly what it was designed to do. Maybe you left the hospital feeling like something was taken from you.
You are not broken. Your first birth broke the rules, not you.
This time, you get to choose. Not from fear. From knowledge, preparation, and the kind of support that actually works.

The Numbers They Don't Tell You
The statistics that change how you think about birth. Sourced, cited, and impossible to ignore.
Questions You Should Be Asking
Yes. A 2023 study published in Birth found that virtual doula support reduced C-section odds by 20%. The relationship, preparation, and real-time guidance matter more than physical presence in the room.
High-risk is a medical label, not a verdict. Many women labeled high-risk have straightforward births. We work alongside your medical team, not against them. Informed consent means you understand every option.
Standard doulas show up for the birth. This program starts months before and continues months after. It is a complete transformation of how you approach pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. The birth itself is one moment in a much larger shift.
That is exactly who this is for. Women who know what went wrong and refuse to let it happen again. With the right preparation, knowledge, and support, your second birth does not have to look like your first.
Phase 2 includes dedicated partner training. Most partners are not resistant, they are scared. When they understand what actually happens in delivery rooms and how to advocate effectively, they become your strongest ally.
No. A doula is not a medical provider. I provide emotional support, evidence-based information, and advocacy coaching. Your medical team handles the clinical side. We make sure you are informed enough to work with them as an equal, not as a passive patient.
